01. Standard Installation

Used when the existing frame is solid, level, and free of drafts. The new window fits into the original opening with minimal disruption. This includes removing old sashes, installing a new vinyl or fiberglass unit, adding sill flashing, low-expanding foam, and aluminum cladding. It is the quickest and most cost-effective installation option when the structure is still in good shape.

02. Medium Installation

Ideal for windows with water damage or rotted framing. We replace the damaged wood, stop the source of the leak, and integrate the new window into the full wall depth. This includes foam insulation, full-perimeter flashing, aluminum cladding, high-quality sealants, and new vinyl or wood stops. Interior casings usually remain, though minor adjustments may be needed.

03. Deluxe Installation

Best for fully deteriorated windows, damaged interior casings, or when upgrading to new wood or fiberglass units. We remove the old window, rebuild the opening, replace rotten wood, apply full flashing, add foam insulation, aluminum cladding, high-quality sealant, and new interior casings. This option delivers a complete interior and exterior refresh.
